Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at hotafatlimited@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items that have been worn, altered, or washed
- Sale or discounted items
- Items without original packaging or tags
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for sizing issues within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
